Windows Printing - Mac

Recently at my workplace, we had an issue printing from mac through windows print queue. While doing research on this I discovered some secrets of Mac-Windows Printing and i instantly thought I should share this with others.
So let's go through a step-by-step guide

  • Open Printers & Scanners in System Preferences



  • Click on + button


  • Right click on Menubar

  • Drag the Advanced option to the Menubar

  • Open Advanced settings
  • Finally, add the printer as shown in the picture.
